Private advisory & coaching
When the way you have been leading is no longer the way forward.
I work privately with CEOs, founders, owners, and senior leaders to examine what is happening, see more options, and make decisions they can stand behind.

Some questions are difficult to discuss with the people closest to the situation. Your board needs confidence. Your team looks to you for direction. Family relationships may be part of the decision itself.
In our conversations, you can speak candidly, question your own thinking, and consider possibilities before you are ready to act on them. You do not need to arrive with a clear explanation or an answer.
When this work is useful
A consequential decision. A business that depends too much on you. A next chapter you have worked toward, but are unsure how to begin.
- A decision you can’t fully shareYou face a decision you cannot fully discuss with your board, team, investors, or family.
- Too much depends on youYour business still depends on your involvement in decisions others could be making.
- A change that reaches beyond the businessYou are approaching a succession, exit, or change in role, and the implications extend beyond the business.
- Friction with people you valueA familiar way of leading is creating friction with people whose judgment you value.
- Commitment without the old pullYou remain committed to your work, but the interest or satisfaction you once felt has become harder to find.
- Work follows you homeWork continues to occupy your attention when you want to be present with family or friends.
What we work on
We start with the situation that brought you here. We look at the decision from different perspectives, examine assumptions, and consider options you may have dismissed or have yet to see.
What you want to change
The aim may be a decision you can stand behind, more room for your team to exercise judgment, or a different relationship with the demands of your role.
It may also be renewed interest in your work, or the ability to give the people in your life more of your attention.
We make those aims specific to you and revisit them as the work develops.
Working together
You work directly with me in a confidential, one-to-one relationship. We shape the engagement around your circumstances and agree on the scope and terms before beginning.
This work asks for a willingness to examine your own role in the situation and try something different. We can think through practical business questions while also examining the habits and assumptions that affect how you address them.
We begin with a conversation to understand what brings you here and whether working together makes sense.
Experience behind the work
I am Founding Partner of Anther, and CEO of Strongpoint Group, a boutique consultancy firm based in Toronto.
My background includes senior leadership roles at Walmart, Procter & Gamble, and Indigo, and serving as Chief Operating Officer at GoBolt. Across more than two decades in operating and consulting environments, I have worked with the practical demands of growth, change, and responsibility for other people.
I hold an MBA from Cornell University and a Master of Applied Positive Psychology from the University of Pennsylvania. My work brings that study of human behavior together with experience making consequential business decisions.
I am also the author of A Guide to Thriving, published by Wiley, which examines how we break familiar patterns, reclaim choice, and find meaning.
